I was thinking the other day about how much I have improved in my photography since I started Photographing Ben and Charity for their engagement pictures! 

I am glad she stuck by me ;)

Fort Collins Portrait Photographer: {The Groeneman Family}

I am so excited to share these photos with you.

Pastor Bob and Tammie are the Jr High Pastors at Rez, the youth group that Trevor and I help out at.

It is also the youth group I attended when I was in Jr High. Needless to say, Pastor Bob and Tammie and their whole family have been very influential in my life, and now they are influential in Trevor's life too! So it was an honor when they asked me to take their Family Portraits.

Tammie LOVES reading. If you have ever been to her house you know that the bookshelves are filled with all sorts of books and I am pretty sure she has read all of them. She is the one that everyone comes to to borrow books from. and she is the reason that I love reading Jurassic Park while sitting by the pool in Arizona. Thus we decided that books would be a good theme!

The Traw Family

I finally found time to blog about this wonderful shoot with this adorable family!
Devon found me through Deidra. They met because both of their kids have the same physical therapist.
Little Gauge has a muscle disorder called Congenital Myopathy. Through physical therapy he is using a walker (its so small!) to walk! Devon was so excited for me to get pictures of him walking! I also was able to get pictures of him standing! He was such a trooper and is absolutely adorable! My sister came along to help me out for this shoot and we both fell in love with the little guy!

I am amazingly blessed by the families I get to meet through this business and the stories I get to tell!
Devon and Dustin are going to be getting married later this year and she will officially be a Traw! (though she says she already considers herself to be one) I am so excited for the three of you!  :)
